Services & Process
The base fee for a Custom Party is $500. This pricing is only for the Design & Labor involved in a Custom Party. This price does not include materials, desserts or flowers for a dessert buffet or table-scape. This quote will be provided separately.
To get started please send me an email with the following information:
- Your Full Name:
- Type of party (birthday, shower etc):
- Date of the Party:
- Location (city, state and zip code):
- Time of the party (start and end):
- Child's name and age:
- Your contact information (address, phone #):- Party Theme, color scheme, and any image that you have as inspiration (up to 5):
You'll then hear back from me within 24-48 hours confirming receipt, and suggesting two available times to talk. The Phone Party Consult is $150 and includes a 1 hr phone meeting where we'll go over the party plan.

All fees, materials and work is non-refundable and final.
Services Not Offered
Unfortunately, I do not offer event planning services such as procuring food vendors, event venues, or entertainment (music, activities like face painting etc) any longer. Due to our busy homeschool schedule I dont have the time to offer these services. I also do not offer any day-of-event coordination services like set up & take down aside from the areas I've been contracted to design and deliver the day of the party.

I only work with vendors & shops I've personally vetted and procured. Unfortunately I do not work with any other vendors in order to ensure a certain design aesthetic and standard of professionalism.

Booking Information
I take on a limited amount of events per month and recommend booking at least 4-5 months before your party. If your event is before then please contact me in case there are any cancelations.
